Terms and Conditions for all of Simon Grant's bookings

Deposit
A deposit is not usually required, unless requested at the time of booking. Any deposits taken are entirely non-refundable.

Payment
Normal payment terms are cash on completion of performance. Cheques are only accepted by prior arrangement.

Cancellation
Any cancellation must be received 8 weeks prior to the date of the engagement. No charges would be incurred in this instance. If less then 8 weeks notice are given, then 75% of the fee is payable. Cancellations need to be made be phoning 0800 0196 007 and speaking to Simon Grant personally. Cancellations cannot be accepted via text message, email or post.

Weather

If inclement weather prevents the performance from occuring/event from occuring then 75% of the fee is payable.

Other entertainments
If other entertainers or entertainment have been booked (including discos) than the nature of these performances should be detailed on the booking form.

Illness
In the event of illness or accident preventing Simon Grant from performing every effort will be made to find a suitable substitute however no further liability can be accepted. Naturally all fees would be refunded in this instance.
